French composer and conductor Reynaldo Hahn was born in Caracas in 1874. He died in Paris in 1947. He studied
at the Paris Conservatory. He collaborated with Jules Massenet. He wrote five operas in cluding the sucessful Ciboulette
in 1923 and Mozart in 1925. He wrote many works in various forms; ballets, operettas, a cantata, piano concerto and
incidental music. He also composed many popular songs. Hahn was director of the Paris Opera, 1945-46.
